So I imagine this happening pretty soon after Krissy wishes to become Spark. Not so early that she doesn’t know what she’s doing as a superhero, but early enough for her and Vahaadi not to be on the best of terms yet. I imagine this being the first of many pep-talks to come and the first time she refers to him as “My Friend.” Forgive my inability to draw panels and the words might be blurry, I’m so sorry D:
Wow! I love Spark’s faces! Gee Vahaadi, you’re such a downer. I like his response, “consider it gotten,” because it’s kind of dismissive. I think that he’s really thinking “of course you would say that, YOU don’t think it’s a mistake that I’m at your beck and call” but in his passive aggressive manner he just says “whatever you say,” while in his head he’s scowling. Of course, after several of these incidents it starts to sink in that Spark wants him to be happy. Thanks for drawing all of this! Weird to think of Spark being on some kind of drug bust assignment. XD
I think it might have been counterfeit money, not drugs, but I hadn’t really decided so I left it ambiguous XP
