Oh my word Lonja is sooooooooo cute! D: <3 she is my favorite part of this. It's fun to see your girls together being girls. XD their personalities really come out. I love that Lonja's brave enough now to defend Took and how Andrayia turns this into a pity party and Spark is just convinced that Vahaadi can do no wrong. *pats Andrayia* there, there. It's better for you to find out how weird Vahaadi is from watching him interact with Took and Van than having to learn firsthand when he says or does something inappropriate to you. >.> Like Evie said, the only reason his dynamic with Spark works is because she’s unfazed by his suggestive comments and underhanded schemes.
awwww yay! Lonja has become very dear to me in her own way. I know she was just supposed to be an RP character, but somehow she’s taken on a life of her own. I’m so proud of her and don’t have any other characters with a personality like hers– she’s quiet, but brave, and nerdy and secretly ambitious and because of her background she’s very humble and appreciative.
She’s also just a little older/more mature than a lot of my characters, yet in some other ways she’s very childlike and naive, so I enjoy hearing what she has to say. Plus she gives me a great way to be Took’s cheerleader in a situation without having to go into fangirl mode XD

This is the story of their lives hahahahahahahah maybe it isn't/shouldn't be funny, but it is. I actually learned about Spark from drawing this. Usually when she and Vahaadi are all cuddly and he starts getting a little too close she just shakes her head, like "What's gotten into you?" and changes the subject. I didn't know that when he makes suggestive motions or comments towards other people that she actively watches to laugh at other peoples' reactions! I thought she just rolled her eyes and shrugged at her beloved friend being weird. Instead she wants him to do it to freak people out! D: I know she doesn't understand what he's saying, but she knows when he uses that voice and gives people those glances they get all upset and she thinks it's amazing. @_@ On the one hand, it just confirms that there is no better place for her than with Vahaadi, but on the other I have this sudden urge to smack her for how strongly she likes to upset people, whether she is the one mocking them or Vahaadi is the one teasing them. I will have to find a way to balance this as they progress as a duo. I noticed it a little bit the way she talked to the guardians; that attitude of arrogance, but it was tolerable. But if she starts to feel too entitled in every situation and Vahaadi is going all out as well they might be difficult to watch after a while.
It’s probably for the best that Spark makes her oath to Elwen then. As we’ve discussed before, Vahaadi and Spark have the potential to be seriously bad! D: for what it’s worth, I don’t plan to make much of *this* side of Vahaadi in Loose Canon. That Vahaadi is gay and promiscuous won’t really be addressed…it’s mostly just for us to know, to understand where he’s coming from. In fact, I think I’ll rig the flashbacks of Vahaadi’s life (when they’re searching for the pieces of his soul) so that it’s pretty vague.
As for Spark, I don’t get the feeling that LooseCanon!Spark is as much of a bully as MetaSpark? LCSpark is younger and doesn’t have Van to pick on…she also didn’t grow up surrounded by super heroes so I think she’s more secure in her…superness? So she doesn’t have to compete for attention…
I think you are right. I want you to be right hahaha. I will have to tell Spark this, since to she is wanting me to send her to Loose Canon full time. But I think she does her best to match Vahaadi, so if he’s not showing this side of himself much, then she probably won’t either.
rather than being a tease I think in Loose Canon she is simply more arrogant/oblivious. Her tendency to be a menace has decreased but Krissy has an ego that’s off the charts hahahaha. She is like metaSpark but younger and without as much hardship.
