
You and Amanda have both expressed reservations about Vahaadi’s short hair at this stage but I like it. At this age he worked for the wealthy, exploitative merchant, so he keeps his beard and hair presentable and he’s developed some smooth-talking, used-car-salesman charisma. This period of his life is correlated with his sword, which he stole from a suit of Azaharian regalia as he fled his master’s palace.


yes yes yes didn’t you have like a little piece of prose that went with this? Or did I imagine that from one of our FB chats? I remember the story being in a more detail but I don’t know if we saved it.
I don’t think I had any refined prose but I did write out an outline of his encounter with the thief that inspired him to throw his law-abiding ways out the window. I should add more sketches to this post like I did with the post of Young Vahaadi to illustrate some details!
That would be great! And maybe post the outline if you still have it? If not you don’t have to write a new one, I suppose, since I can always just pester you if I need a question answered.
