So, this one is interesting because the texture is only on the background and faded into the bottom of the figures instead of over the whole thing. The characters are cel shaded a few very subtle soft-cel touches to keep it from looking flat and cartoony. The varied lineweights are also really cool. The lines on the man’s hair are colored to prevent the contrast from being too stark. There is a LOT of neat stuff going on in this pic.
